Reinforced concrete and plastic pontoons

The Adamant Shipyard enterprise produces reinforced concrete and plastic pontoons, floats, piers and platforms on reinforced concrete and plastic floats, mooring “fingers”, buoys, ladders, anchors for the installation of floating structures, additional equipment for arranging yacht clubs and moorings, floating structures on pontoons used as workshops, service, administrative, commercial or residential buildings, rack-mount and self-propelled vessels for the construction and maintenance of yacht marinas.

Adamant Shipyard provides a full range of services necessary for the construction of yacht parking - from concept development, design, payback calculation, to turnkey construction:

It is very convenient and practical to use these pontoons for the construction of various floating structures, regulating the receipt of the necessary displacement by the height of the side of the pontoons.

Pontoons, with a side height of 0.9 meters, are used for the construction of mooring berths and open floating areas for small loads and not long lengths.

Pontoons, with a side height of 1.15 meters, are used for the construction of mooring berths, floating structures with a permissible significant load, according to the project.
Pontoons, with a side height of 1.45 meters, are intended for the construction of various floating heavy structures. Withstand heavy loads. It is forbidden to use these pontoons in one at a time due to their low stability and large useful displacement. ALL METAL COMPONENTS OF PONTONS IN A FLOATING AREA, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FLOATING HOUSES, ARE PERFORMED ACCORDING TO THE CALCULATION OF THEIR OPERATION AT LEAST 120 YEARS IN SEA WATER.

Reinforced concrete pontoons

Reinforced concrete pontoons manufactured by Adamant Shipyard are made of hydraulic concrete with special additives, reinforced with fiber, the surface layer of reinforced concrete is impregnated with a special compound, which makes it several times stronger and absolutely waterproof. The pontoon is designed and manufactured according to the rules for the construction of ships from reinforced concrete. It has a powerful internal set, bulkheads, stiffeners, built-in lifting eyes, anchor tunnels at the corners, for installing pontoons using the anchor chain and anchors, with special locking locks to adjust the length of the anchor chain. To connect the pontoons in length on the short side of the pontoons are niches for installing rubber-metal joints of pontoons. Inside the pontoons, along the long sides, there are tunnels for wiring power cables, water pipes, sewers, etc.
After manufacturing the pontoon, all internal voids are filled with special polystyrene foam. This makes the pontoon completely unsinkable even with mechanical damage to the sides.
